Wrestling Facilities

The new wrestling facility at Linn-Mar High School was completed in September, 2016.  The wrestling room has a mat surface that is 38 feet wide by 120 feet long.  The wrestling room also features 8 cameras and two 55 inch TV's that are used during practice to give the athletes immediate feedback on their wrestling and positioning.  This new facility has its own exterior entrance as well as a set of bleachers for club parents to use during Linn-Mar Wrestling Club practices.  The wrestling room is also used as a fitness facility for Physical Education/fitness classes during the school day.  The locker room used by the wrestling team was also updated as part of the high school renovation project.
